Day 11 (August 24, 2010)
• Originally a walk on from Hopkinton, Iowa, Don Nordmann got into the mix a bit in 2009, recording a career-long 35-yard pass reception in Iowa’s blowout of Iowa State as well as an assisted tackle on special teams against Georgia Tech in the 2010 Orange Bowl.
• Don joined the team in 2006 after playing his high school ball for Maquoketa Valley, where he was second team all state as a senior and first team all conference as a junior and senior.
• For Maquoketa Valley, Don recorded 30 tackles, six pass interceptions and one fumble recovery as a senior. On offense, he completed 49 of 109 pass attempts for 655 yards and five touchdowns.
